Apricot Spread

As two folks who grew up on Santa Clara Farming and worked our youth in the Blenheim Apricots, Bing Cherries, and yes, the wonderful Prune, we thank you and your family and team for keeping one of the most flavorful fruits ever alive and well. We remember cutting "Cots" in our very early youth for $.25 a box to get them ready for the Sulphur house that night. Then enjoying the dried fruits all winter and the occasional dried Apricot pie if we were lucky. Ah the memories! Yes, days long ago. Thank You Dennis and Jackie Coates

This apricot spread is the most delicious treat, No other apricot jam or spread comes near it!

This is by far my favorite apricot jam. It tastes just like apricots (nothing else added) and not too sweet. Any other jam is a disappointment to me. I love this jam!!”

I was hoping that the apricot spread would be a substitute for my late wife's apricot butter. It falls a little short. A bit more cinnamon and cloves might help. However, it is pretty good and goes well with cheese.

This apricot spread tastes like fresh fruit with a touch of sweetness. Perfect in yogurt or oatmeal or on toast. If you love apricots--this is better than any other preserves I have tasted.
