Apricot Puree

1 C B&R Farms Dried Apricots
6 T water
1 t vanilla

Puree apricots, water and vanilla in blender or food processor. Add more water as needed. Makes about ¾ cup. Add to yogurt, stir into sour cream for a fruit dip or pour over ice cream & pound cake.
