Apricot Red Pepper Topping Asparagus

Spring vegetables are arriving!  Enjoy this really simple recipe, that adds a little bit of heat!

3 T Olive oil

1 bundle of fresh Asparagus

1/4 C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping

1/8 t sea salt (optional)

Prepare asparagus by breaking off the woody ends, rinse and pat dry.  Place in single layer on cookie tray and drizzle olive oil, turning to coat.  Grill on medium high heat until done (or prepare your favorite way).  Brush with the apricot red pepper topping and sprinkle with a little sea salt.  Best served immediately.  Serves 4.

Alternatives:  B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping is also great with cooked snap peas and carrots!  Cook them your favorite way and stir in B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping to coat.  Delicious!
