cream cheese, softened In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Spread into a serving dish or plate. Spread Apricot preserves over the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers. Yield: 12-14 servings
