APRICOT DESSERT PIZZA

1 cup Whole Wheat Sugar Cookie Dough
2 1 lbs. B&R Farms Dried Apricot (soak in warm water until double in size)
1 container (1 pound) cream cottage cheese
1 cup halved strawberries

With fingertips press dough out into an even layer on bottom and ½ inch up sides of 12-inch pizza pan. Bake in 350F 15 minutes. Cool drained apricots. Arrange some apricot in center of crust. Spoon a circle of cottage cheese around apricots. Add circles of strawberries, cottage cheese and remaining apricot. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Makes 12 servings.
