APRICOT-GINGER GLAZE
1 cup B&R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves
2 tablespoon lime juice
1tablespoon soy sauce
1tablespoon horseradish sauce
Grated ginger root to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and apply to pork while it is still on the grill during the final 5 minutes of cooking.

Note: Apply only on the top of the pork chops after you have turned them for the last time.

Yield: 1-¼ cups
