APRICOT LIQUEUR

1 lb B&R Farms California Dried Apricots
1 quart vodka
1 cup sugar

In a large container, combine all ingredients, cover loosely. Let stand 7 weeks, stirring once every 2 weeks.

Serve as after-dinner liqueur. (Ideal for gifts)

Fold into vanilla pudding, bread pudding, rice pudding. Christmas fruit cakes and fruit balls for added flavor.

For a distinctive hors d’oeuvre, stuff a brandied cot with cream cheese and serve with a toothpick.

Make a tipsy-apricot candy by dipping in chocolate (follow directions in the first recipe). Wrap in decorative foil and give as a gift.

Prefect for decorating holiday cookies and cakes, too!
