HOLIDAY FRUIT

1 medium apple (cored and cut into chunks)
1 medium pear (cored and cut into chunks)
1 8oz can pineapple chunks (drained)
2 tbsp diced B&R Farms Dried Apricots
2 tbsp dried sweetened cranberries
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp non-dairy whipped topping

Mix apple and pear chunks with pineapple. Stir in cranberries, B&R Farm dried apricots, coconuts & whipped topping.
