Have never been fan of dried apricots UNTIL I found B & R farms. I ordered all 3 of the dried apricot varieties and as expected the royal medallions knocked it out of the park, was the favorite of the 3. Soft and flavorful. I had unfortunately not tasted these great dried apricots before. Now, I am hooked. It is easier to just to go store and get the bag that is usually filled with Turkish apricots. I will not be making that mistake again! It was easy to order and they arrived even earlier than expected.

We lived in Sacrament vally for years and used to dry our own Bleinheim Apricots. Have moved out of state and these are first that are just like we used dry ourselves. Helps us transport ourselves back to CA. Great taste. Couldn't get any better. The cut up ones are great to sprinkle on oatmeal.

I have been eating dried apricots since 1967 when my parents began sending them to me when I was in Vietnam. I carried them with me to eat with C-rations. I have been eating B&R dried apricots since Elsie bought them weekly to the Farmers Market in Aptos, CA over a dozen years ago. They are without question the finest dried apricots available. I won't eat any others. I've tried other producers on occasion but can't bring myself to eat them. I eat at least two or three B&R Royal Medallions every day, and take them with me when I travel. I dip them in melted dark chocolate, let them cool, and eat them for breakfast or desert after dinner.

These apricots beat any and all we can find in the local "fancy" grocery stores. They keep well (refrigerated) so we can order several pounds at a time. Watch for the occasional sale, either a percent off or free shipping -- unless you run out. Caution: availability may be seasonal. Don't run out.

Love the product I sent to my daughter in California. We have ordered several pounds of apricots over several years. I object to the high cost of shipping. In Alaska the shipping costs as much as the already expensive product, so I limit orders for myself.
If you used USPS priority mail, the shipping would be more reasonable and predictable.

We are 11-year customers of B&R and have always ordered what were the "slabs" when we started and I think changed to "sweet beauties". This year, I saw neither of those varieties available on the website when I placed my yearly order; we conceded to finally try the top seller: royal medallions. Even though they are not quite as "sticky" and thin enough for layering which is what we loved about the old ones, this variety is just as moist and delicious.
