Savory Dried Apricot Sauce

10 oz B&R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves

3 T Dijon mustard

2 T prepared horseradish

Mix in small microwave-safe bowl; blending well. Microwave at HIGH 1-1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.  Great over roasted chicken and pork.
