Sherried Apricot Cranberry Sauce

½ C B&R Farms Dried Apricots, thinly sliced

1/4 C sherry (or orange juice)

3/4 C water

2/3 C sugar

1/4 C local honey

12 oz package fresh or frozen cranberries

Combine apricots and sherry (or orange juice) in small bowl and let stand for 8 hours. Combine water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add apricot mixture, honey, and cranberries. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until slightly thick. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill. Makes about 3 cups.
