Over 35 years ago Babara Breen (owner, Mari Rossi's mother) created our flavorful chutney recipe that is still used today. It is a complex blend of dried apricots and cranberries, slivered almonds, ginger, curry powder, mustard seeds, white vinegar and more. This chutney gives poultry, seafood, lamb, vegetarian dishes and pork a tasty bite, but also is simply great with crackers.
