Apricot Jewels

1 ¼ C sifted flour

¼ t baking powder

¼ t salt   

½ C butter

1/3 C cream cheese (3 oz)

½ C flaked coconut

½ C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter & cream cheese.  Add coconut and preserves, blending well.  Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and Frost.

Frosting:

1 C powdered sugar, sifted

1 T butter, softened

¼ C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves

Beat until smooth and frost apricot jewels
