Our fresh apricot frozen purée pairs well with bold flavors including black pepper, Mexican tarragon, ginger, cardamom, allspice and hazelnut. Other flavor affinities include vanilla and almond extracts, dark brown sugar, caramel, orange blossom water, rose water, freshly grated nutmeg, cinnamon, mint, almonds, hazelnuts, and tea.
