Spicy Apricot and Ale Cocktail

Refreshing, wonderfully sweet with a little heat! This will be your new favorite adult beverage!

2 thin slices of Serrano chiles

1/2 C tangerine sparkling soda, chilled

3-4 T B & R Farms Apricot Topping, chilled

12-14 oz cold pale ale

Lemon wedges

4 B & R Farms Dried Apricots

2 tall glasses

Place 1 chile slice per glass. Pour equal amounts of soda & apricot topping in each glass. Fill to top of rim with equal amounts of the ale (pour slowly). Add a little squeeze of lemon to both, garnish with apricots and drink immediately.
