Apricot Balsamic Vinaigrette

½ C balsamic vinegar

1/4 C B&R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves

2 T extra virgin olive oil

2 T water

2 t Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1/8 t salt

Fresh ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl except salt and pepper; season to taste. Serve over your favorite salad greens.
