Creamy Fresh Fruit Salad

Dressing:

8 oz soft cream cheese
8 oz light sour cream

½ C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Topping

 

1/8 C orange or apple juice, if needed to thin dressing.

 

 

Dressing can be made ahead and toss with fruit when ready to serve.  

 

Salad:

1 C each of 5 fresh fruits such as strawberries, melons, seedless grapes, kiwis, peaches, bananas, apples.  Cut fruit into bite size pieces as neccessary.

Mix together dressing and fruit 1-3 hours before serving.  Keep chilled.
