Dried Apricot Preserves Cheese Spread

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ C sour cream

2 T local honey

¼ t ground cinnamon

1 jar B&R Farms Apricot Preserves

1/3 C slivered almonds, toasted

Assorted crackers

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Spread into a serving dish or plate. Spread preserves over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit. Yield: 12-14 servings   

Sweet, creamy and comforting, this spread is great for breakfast served on toasted bagels or as an afternoon treat with fresh fruit.
