Roasted Chicken with Apricot Glaze

1 broiler/fryer chicken (3.5-4 lbs)

2 T minced garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

12 oz low sodium chicken broth, divided

1 bottle B & R Farms Dried Apricot Topping

Pleace chicken in greased 9" x 13" baking dish.  Rub garlic into chicken skin and sprinkle with salt & pepper.  Pour 8 oz of broth in dish, cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.  Drain liquid from dish.  Bake additional 30-40 minutes, uncovered.  Combine topping and remaining broth and pour over chicken.  Bake 9-12 minutes longer or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.  Cool 10 minutes, slice and serve immediately.
