Apricot-Ginger Glaze

1 C B&R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves

2 T lime juice

1 T soy sauce

1 T horseradish sauce

Grated ginger root to taste

Pork chops or chicken pieces

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and apply to pork or chicken while it is still on the grill during the final 5 minutes of cooking. Yield: 1-¼ cups

 

Note: Apply only after you have turned pork or chicken for the last time.
