Apricot Gorgonzola Cheese Spread


Perfect for parties, easy to make and can be made 1-2 days ahead!
16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
5 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
10 oz B & R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves
1/4 C of green onions, chopped (reserve a few pieces for garnish)
4 oz bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/8 C finely chopped celery


In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Spoon into a cold serving bowl, garnish with green onions, add a little spreader knife and serve with sliced sourdough baguette, dried apricots and/or crackers. YUMMO! Keep refrigerated.
