Apricot Granola


1/4 C canola oil
1/4 C local honey
1/4 C dark brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 t real vanilla
3 C Old-fashioned oats
1/4 C flax seeds
3/4 C EACH walnuts, almonds pieces (toasted) & Golden raisins
1 C B&R Farms California Dried Apricots, diced
1/2 C EACH crystallized ginger & mini dark chocolate chips


In small pan, mix oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla & cinnamon, heating over low heat until sugar dissolved.

In large bowl, mix oats and flax seeds. Pour liquid honey mixture over oats and combine until all oats coated.

Spread onto large baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or lightly coat baking sheet with oil). Bake 20 minutes at 325F, stirring every 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely. Mix in remaining ingredients & store in an airtight container or resealable bag.

Great with milk, add to yogurt or applesauce, or just eat alone as a snack!
