Apricot Honey Fruit Salad

Light, fresh and healthy, this fruit salad is the perfect pick-me-up for after school energy. 

Yogurt, fruit and nuts makes this an easy fix for the afternoon cravings.

3/4 C B & R Farms Apricot Honey Spread

1 pint of vanilla or plain yogurt

Juice of a medium orange

Fresh fruit of choice cut up into bite size pieces

¼ C Toasted walnuts or almonds, chopped

1/3 Dried cranberries

 

Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

Prepare a selection of fruits for your salad such as grapes, apples, pears, fresh blueberries & peaches in a serving bowl. Add nuts, dried cranberries & dressing, mixing well. Cover, chill 1 hour and serve.
