Apricot Liqueur


1 lb B&R Farms Dried Apricots
1 quart vodka
1 C sugar


In a large container, combine all ingredients, cover loosely. Let stand 7 weeks, stirring once every 2 weeks. Serve as after-dinner liqueur or ideal for gifts! Tie with recipe and ribbons.

IDEAS: Fold this fruit into vanilla pudding, bread pudding, rice pudding, fruit cakes and fruit balls for added flavor. Perfect for decorating holiday cookies and cakes, too (drain well)!

For a distinctive hors d’oeuvre, stuff these apricots with cream cheese and secure with a toothpick.

Make a tipsy-apricot candy by dipping in melted dark or milk chocolate. Present in a decorative tin and give as a gift.
