Apricot Mojito


1/4 cup B & R Farms Fresh Apricot Frozen Puree or Apricot Topping
6 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, sliced in wedges
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces chilled club soda
1 1/2 cups water
½ cup sugar
pinch of salt


In the bottom of a heavy drinking glass, combine the mint and lime wedges, using a muddler to smash them all together and release some of the mint.

Add the apricot puree, rum and club soda and stir to combine.

Serve immediately.
