Apricot Mojito



  • 1/4 cup B & R Farms Fresh Apricot Frozen Puree or Apricot Topping
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, sliced in wedges
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • pinch of salt



  1.     In the bottom of a heavy drinking glass, combine the mint and lime wedges, using a muddler to smash them all together and release some of the mint. Add the apricot puree, rum and club soda and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
