Apricot Nut Turkey Sandwiches

 8 slices French bread

½ C whipped cream cheese

½ C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Chili Preserves

¼ C chopped walnuts

½ lb sliced oven roasted turkey

½ C spring mix salad greens

2 t mayonnaise

 

Spread cream cheese evenly over 4 slices. Top with equal amounts of B & R Farms Chili Preserve, walnuts, turkey, and salad greens. Spread mayonnaise on remaining 4 bread slices; place on top of salad greens and press down gently to compact ingredients.

Serve immediately or wrap well in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
