Apricot Olive Tapenade

Super easy and so delicious! 

2 C B & R Farms Diced B & R Farms Dried Apricots

1 C water                                        

1 oz diced black olives

2 oz sliced black olives

Juice of 1/2 Meyer lemon 

Place apricots and water in pan and stew for 5 minutes over  medium heat.  Cool completely and mix in the olives and  lemon juice.  Let set at least 2 hours or over night to develop  full flavor.  Serve cool or room temperature with crackers, toasted sliced baguettes.
