Apricot Pineapple Ham Steak


1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup B & R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves
2 T lemon juice
1 t cornstarch
1 1 to 1-1/2 lb center cut ham slice


In small saucepan, combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes to blend flavors. Broil ham on both sides. Spoon mixture on top; heat until hot and bubbly.
