Apricot Yogurt Frosting

4 C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C B&R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves
1/4 C plain yogurt
1/4 C (½ stick) butter or margarine, softened
Pinch Salt

In large bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Makes enough to frost two 9-inch layers.
