B & R Farms Apricot Pinot Grigio and Rosemary Cheese


1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
1 log goat cheese, softened (3 ounces)
1 T fresh chopped rosemary
2 t honey
1 t coarsely ground pepper
B & R Farms Pinot Grigo Spread
Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs


Grease a miniature loaf pan or 1 1/2 cup mold, line with plastic wrap, making it smooth and allowing edges to extend slightly over the edges. Set aside.

Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Spoon cheese mixture into prepared pan/mold. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Unmold cheese onto serving plate, remove plastic wrap. Stir spread and spoon desired amount over cheese. Garnish if desired. Serve with baguettes, bagel chips or crackers.
