4-5 lb country style pork loin ribs
6 C water
2 14 ½ oz cans beef broth, low sodium
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 ½ C B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping
Place ribs in 8-qt stock pot. Add water, broth, bay leaves and garlic. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour & 15 minutes or until pork is tender. Meanwhile, prepare grill for direct cooking over medium coals. Remove ribs from stockpot & place on grill. Brush with dried apricots topping and grill uncovered, 10-12 minutes.
