Brian’s Pork Fried Rice


4 cooked center cut pork chops, cut into strips
6 eggs, scrambled
1-2 C prepared white rice
1/2 C carrots, chopped
1/2 C green peas
2 T lite soy sauce
4 T B & R Farms Apricot Red Pepper Topping
2-4 green onions, chopped


In a large frying pan, mix the pork strips, scrambled eggs, cooked rice, carrots & peas. Mix soy sauce and red pepper topping and pour over the mixture. Stir-fry until browned & hot (don’t overcook). Turn out onto a serving platter and top with green onions.
