Chutney Cheese Pate


8 oz soft cream cheese
a dash of hot pepper sauce
2 C sharp cheddar, shredded
½ C B&R Farms Dried Apricot Chutney
2 Tbsp dry sherry
1 t curry powder
1/4 t sea salt
3-4 green onions, minced
sesame wafers, chapati or wheat crackers


Beat together cream cheese, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, sherry, curry powder & salt until almost smooth. Spread on a serving platter, shaping a layer about ½ inch thick, leaving room around edge for crackers. Chill until firm. To serve, spread Chutney over top of cheese mixture and garnish with onions. Surround with crackers or chapati and provide a knife for spreading.
