3 lb beef ribs
1 bottle B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping
3 T sesame seeds, toasted
1” piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
3 green onions, sliced
Cut each rib into 3 pieces, carefully cutting between the bones. Score meat on both sides by making small diagonal gashes with a paring knife. Place meat in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Cover and marinate, refrigerated for 2 hours or overnight. Remove ribs from marinade and cook on a grill or under the broiler about 4" from heat, until browned, about 8 minutes.
