1 cake mix- chocolate or white
1 can of frosting- chocolate or white
1 jar B & R Farms Dried Apricot Preserves
Bake cake according to directions in 2 8" cake pans lined with waxed paper.
Cool 15 minutes and turnout cakes.
Place one layer on cake plate, top with preserves.
Place second layer on top and frost entire cake.
It's that easy!
