Fruity Chicken Salad


3 C cooked chicken breast meat, chopped & chilled
½ C light mayonnaise
3 T B&R Farms Dried Apricot Chutney
3 T minced red onion
3 ribs celery, chopped
2 small Gala apples, chopped and peeled
1/2 C Golden raisins
1/2 C dried cranberries
1 t fresh lemon juice
1/2 t ground cinnamon


Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill. Serve over a bed of fresh mixed greens or in a pita pocket lined with lettuce. Serves 6.
