Turkey Roast with Wild Rice Apricot Dressing


1 boneless turkey breast
3 C wild rice, cooked
1 C B&R Farms Dried Apricots, chopped
1/3 C chicken broth
1/3 C celery, chopped
3 T margarine, melted
1/4 t each- salt, black pepper and pumpkin pie spice


Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey breast roast; mix well. Spoon into 9” x 9” baking dish. Place turkey on wild rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake 45 min. Remove foil. Roast additional 30-45 minutes or until thermometer pops. Let stand 10 min before slicing/serving. 8 servings
